WHAT/WHEN:

The Lory Student Center is hosting its 50th Anniversary Party from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5 in the LSC ballrooms.

CSU President Tony Frank is expected to speak at the event, along with Vice President for Student Affairs Blanche Hughes, Lory Student Center Executive Director Mike Ellis and Alexis Kanda-Olmstead, director of LSC Relations.

DETAILS:

The Lory Student Center 50th Anniversary Party will include a preview of the $65 million renovation, tributes to the past, the opening of the time capsule buried at the 25th anniversary in 1987 and a surprise announcement. Nearly 450 alumni, former and current staff, students, donors and friends are expected to attend.
