Keep New Year's Weight-Loss Resolution with Colorado State University's Nutrition Center
FORT COLLINS - With so many fad diets to choose from, figuring out a strategy to keep that New Year’s resolution of losing weight can be overwhelming. But fad diets don’t work; a plan based on the latest research -- and the help of a professional nutritionist -- can result in reaching weight-loss goals.
For the fifth year, Colorado State University’s Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center will guide people through nutrition, lifestyle and mindful eating education to lose weight and keep it off through tried and true methods.
